Shortly after moving to Norfolk and purchasing our 1930 era home we noticed a radiator leaking and radiators heating up even when thermostat was turned off. My husband and I have never had radiator heat and were clueless. We scheduled an appointment and Nick showed up promptly. He is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable about old systems, trustworthy skilled ,personable and respectful. He had our system back in working order and corrected an installation flaw from a previous company. He checked our other units for free explaining to me about the quality of our previously installed boiler and AC. He showed me how the gas boiler works and used a marker to label my systems while explaining the purpose of each pipe and
turn off valve. I now feel confident I could handle an emergency with the unit until help arrived. He gave me great advise on preventative maintenance. Our unit is now in top working order. Customer services is excellent and we will continue doing business with this company. It goes without saying we highly recmmend them.
NIck is also well informed about new equipment on the market and gave us recommedations for the addition we will add to our home. We will be using them again.

The whole scoop:  Woke up to a freezing cold house and called another company because they had free diagnostics with a repair.  I wasn't comfortable with the price quoted and decided to call a friend who recommended Energy Pro.  Reid was able to come by in less than two hours and gave me a better price despite having more work to do.  Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  I would not hesitate to call again or recommend.

I highly recommend Energy Pro. The owner is knowledgeable of old systems and maintaining them vs just replacing them. He is also very up to date on all the new high tech HVAC items out there. Calls are answered in a very timely manner if you have to leave a message. Most of the time you will get someone answering the phone. This is not a big company. You get the owner working on your system. I have hired this company for a complete system install on another property. If you want professional, competitively priced with high quality products being installed then this the company to call. I have owned homes for 35 years and this is the best company I have dealt with. Can not say enough of how impressed I am with the professionalism, promptness of returning calls and scheduling service calls and reasonable prices.

It went very well.  He had other services going on but agreed to squeeze me in.  In fact it was pouring rain out but he fixed the unit and ended up getting very wet.  I really appreciated Reid's service.  He was very nice and I highly recommend them.

Reid fixed a problem with our heat pump that had been missed by several other companies. He is great about explaining what neds to be done and has not hesitated to say when service is not needed. Up-to-date on latest technology. Pleasant. On time.
