ceramic tile
+ -1 moreWhen he came out, we had tiling in the bathroom under the shower that was defected and had leaked. He told us there wasn’t any way that he could replace that exact tile anymore. When we were in South Carolina, I stopped in to the first tile store I saw and found the exact tile and they ended up ordering more for me from California. Justin advised us that there would be a restocking fee for the tile that he wasn’t going to use now and we said that was fine. We haven’t received any refund on this tile yet and he has been putting us off. He did do a good job putting the tile down, however, it has been ongoing to try to get him to come back and finish the job. He has yet to come back out to hang the glass shower curtain that they took down to do the work.
Description of Work: We hired him to demo the old tile and put in new tile in our shower.
