Ellsworth Plumbing & Heating LLC

The Elsworth's run one of the last family-type service businesses in town. As such, they call it like they see it, recommend the best solution rather than the one that makes them more work, and charge fairly. My son paid them half what another company did the year before for the same service. They remind me of the people we so surely miss from Dail's Hardware after they closed, and are glad the Elsworth company has survived. They are reasonable people without a major corporation pushing them to sell! What a difference that makes. A+++

Do not call these people unless you want to be frustrated! They are so unprofessional including the female who answers the phone. I see another reviewer said they called at the end of the day stating they would be there until Monday on Friday. At least they called. I didn’t get a call. No phone call at all. These people are under contract with my home warranty company. First they scheduled me outside the turnaround time under the contract which requires 48 hour turnaround. Next they didn't show or call after waiting from 12-4pm. I called at 3:50 and nasty Donna who answers the phone said I was next and they were coming. She was very disrespectful earlier this week. Well it's almost 8pm no Ellsworth and no answer. If they don't care about a contract which brings them lots of work, they won't care about someone who is not under contract. I only paid my monthly fee but they have a contract to respond and are obligated to make scheduled appointments. Can't be trusted!

My technician was able to identify and fix a problem that had baffled two previous companies in a matter of minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with how quick he worked and the quality of his work. He was also cordial and had great customer service skills. Amazing company from the office side to the technician!!!

I was first impressed by his knowledge of main line layouts. He found the clean out, dug it out fan the sewer roofer & down twice. He flushed with water to ensure line is cleared.

My heater now works and my house is warm

I have always been impressed with how easy they are to do business with. If you need an odd plumbing part or just better quality parts then I would recommend using them.

I have a warranty company and they assigned me Ellsworth Plumbing. I was reluctant at first because of the service providers the warranty company has assigned in the past were extremely difficult to work with (unprofessional, not punctual, not polite on the phone) but Ellsworth was SOO different. The front office is extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to understand my constraints and issues given my leak involved a neighbor as I live in a condo building and to make matters worse I was remote and traveling and had to have my tenant meet them on site. The front office made arrangements and were able to be very specific about arrival time (not just a five hour window) and the technician was on time and very knowledgable and helpful. He took the time to explain the situation to me over the phone and explain his whole process and next steps. Ellsworth has been extremely helpful and is will have to come back at a later date for some follow up. I will update this post as things progress but for now, A+ in my book!

Justin and Jimmy were prompt, courteous, quick and told me everything that was going to happen.  They keep me fully apprised of the progress and process.  They cleaned the work area inside the garage and outside.  I can't say anything but how much this was an enjoyable experience since I have had 2 others this year alone that have been quite painful..
