They did a great job. They came and looked at it, and told us what the problem was, gave us a price and he did it. It was done and I haven't seen any other signs of leaking. They were punctual and I thought they were really reasonable. They caulked it and put the flashing down and it has been super.

They were very good about the price and said they would do the cheapest thing first. However, once they did that, it took 2 to 3 months to get them back out to fix the initials problem. It was near impossible, and I had to call several times a day. I felt like since I wasn't spending more than $5,000 with them, then I wasn't as important of a customer for them. The guys were always very nice and very professional. I'd love to go out for a beer with them, but I don't think I would use them again for repair work. Maybe new service.

They were very honest with me and said they wanted to try the cheaper thing first, and they didn't guarantee that it would be fixed after that. Since that didn't work, they completely replaced the valley on the roof, but it still leaks because a piece of it slipped a little since they used copper, and once it starts to settle, it could slip a little bit. They're very professional as far as their work, and explaining everything, but getting them out to do the work is the problem. They were supposed to come out a few times, but they haven't shown up yet.

Duck's Roofing Company responded well to our project needs. Their staff was polite and always on time. We were particularly impressed how they cleaned up the work site each day and especially upon completion of the job.
