Dail's have an excellent reputation in our neighborhood. There is a very good reason for this, and a lot of it had to do with the way they treat their customers. They behaved as if they have known us for years. There was also some work done around the door frames they were not expecting. We were not charged for the extra work. The new storm doors have a much tighter seal than the old ones, and they look better, as well.
