What was going to be a one day install, became a three day install and then turned into a month, as parts were missing or had to be redone. They don't use inhouse installers, but sub-contactors that have never seen your house before, or know what the project should look like. I had to take the plans out and show the installer that he was putting in the center island facing the wrong direction.
It is 8 weeks past the install date, and I am still waiting for them to finish up crooked closet racks.

Mark Sterns came out to my location-on time-for an initial estimate.  I had interviewed 5 other installers prior to Mark.  Each of the other installers wanted to tweak my design to fit their capabilities-my shower enclosure was marble with special moldings-Mark didn't try to change any of my requirements rather CCS met all my design peculiars.   Mark indicated that the doors would be ready for installation in 2 weeks.  I chose CCS and in 2 weeks the enclosure was installed.  The crew of 2 showed up on time and completed the installation in 3 hours.  The crew was very professional, installed the enclosure without harming the marble-which was a major concern-and left my bathroom in the same condition it was in when they arrived.  It was a good experience

Mark Stearns, the owner, came over and gave me his expert advice including little details about which way the doors should open and considering that when they are open any air on a person's wet body makes you feel cold! He also advised me on options for sealing the glass and gave me a complimentary bottle of the compound so we can use it at intervals in the future. Despite a little bump in the road with my rails being mangled in delivery, Mark still got his installers over to my house on a holiday weekend so we could begin using our beautiful new shower quickly. Aces all around!
