Kent completely over hauled a new master bedroom closet and entry closet in my condo (built in 1917) in Ghent (Norfolk). HE DOES A SUPERB JOB IN EVERY WAY - the best. My experience in evaluating contractors: My experience in remodels hiring all trades is very extensive: I?ve completely done six major homes over the years. Thus, I have dealt with numerous contractors. Kent and his associate are one of the best I?ve ever worked with. Scope of Project: Using Angie?s List and Better Business Bureau, I searched and evaluated several closet specialists. I had a master bedroom and entry closet, others, that needed a means to maximize its storage capacity (old homes, very limited storage). So, needed an expert to suggest layouts. Kent was very insightful and came up with excellent suggestions, much better ideas than anyone else who came out to evaluate the job. Professionalism: He is very, very professional and responsible. He is very reasonably priced. Not the low end but important, not the low end - you get what you pay for). He provided a very fair estimate right on the spot. Most important, he is attentive, very responsive (always a phone call response back to me generally within an hour and always within the day). He works well with other sub-contractors to keep things flowing smoothly. Job Done: The bedroom closet is tops, very high quality work and sturdy. What was really nice, was one closet had racks that came loose from the wall - he fixed for free plus an entry closet problem he fixed. Summary: Having done five extensive home re-models, working with all the trades and at least 100 contractors, I CAN TRUTHFULLY KENT and his team are VERY GOOD. His work is top notch. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. His work ethic superb and honesty commendable. Scott and Nancy
