I chose them because of their reputation. They provided the plug, they did a good job of installing, the only problem that I have is that they only service this area on Wednesdays and in the beginning I had an issue which turned out to be not their fault, but getting someone here was a problem.

"I would like to apologize to the Member for his past experience with our company. I have tried to contact the Member and haven't received a return phone call. Our records show that the Member never purchased a water treatment system from Culligan, but must have moved into a home that already had one of our systems and needed service. We strive to provide timely and professional service to all of our customers and we service systems that aren't just made by Culligan."

We were pleased with how well they installed our softener. It has worked great for us so far. We have had no problems with it at all or any complaints for that matter. Our water is much softer now and I can taste the difference. They installed the softener quickly and efficiently.

They stayed on top of our water softening system. If we were not at home when they came, they would haul the salt into the house and load the tank. We were very happy with their services and loved the results. They came out once a month to check things over. We were very comfortable having them in our home and recommend them to others.
