As good as a visit from an exterminator could be!

They are our regular exterminators. We pay them quarterly. I like how they come immediately when I need them. They are friendly and professional. It does the trick. I've never had to call them twice.

I have used this company for a total of about two years. Over 1/2 of the time I have had to call more than once to get them to come as scheduled. I have also had to call them back numerous times as the ant treatments did not work. I even requested that the owner come and do the treatments and that was the one that seemed to work the most. Due to their lack of showing up as scheduled too many times, being late, and not really taking care of the problem many times, I called and canceled. I have still been receiving bills since then, which are accruing interest evidently. I have sent a letter re-stating that I have canceled my service months ago and still am receiving periodic bills. I canceled before the next quarterly payment was due and informed them that I am paid up with them. I am really dissatisfied with their services and how they run their business. I would not recommend them to anyone who really needs a pest service.

The company listened to me very well and they were not condescending to me because I was a woman, like many service companies do. They use organic sprays which I like because of my concern for the environment. The price was however a little expensive.

They are very professional and friendly. I haven't really had any problems since they treated, but if I do they will come back and take care of it. They will call me to let me know that they are on the way.
