Installed a new unit that does not accommodate my home, hot days I can not use because the unit has a hard time cooling. Bell Cow conducted an assessment of home and installed a TRANE that does not accommodate square footage of my home but they were supposed to be the professionals

Aaron Franklin was amazing. He replaced both my hot water heater and my garbage disposal! He spotted additional issues that the previous owner who installed the previous hot water heater has done incorrectly, fixed them, and even answered an additional question a few days later that I had. He was very professional, nice, and honest.

Our tech was really nice and the customer service was great. The only negative was we were told it would be at max 3 hours but he was here for 7 which screwed up our plans for the day. Our tech had to leave 2 different times to get more material and it was over an hour long each time. But he was a nice guy which made it better.

"We did have a hard time finding the correct fittings for the line we were running. All the parts houses told us the manufacturing has been slow due to COVID. So we ended up running it with more expensive material that was easier to locate."
