For some time, this company provided us annual maintenance service for an older HVAC system. As a result, the system lasted well beyond its life expectancy. ABC recently replaced the old unit with a newer and more efficient system. The change-out was painless; they were prompt, professional, and courteous. We got a quality unit with an excellant warranty for a very good price.

I got their spring and fall maintenance plan. They are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I have not had any problems with the unit.

Increasing the temperature in the hot water heater did not solve the problem. The service man returned three or four more times over the next month (until the middle of December), but was unable to make any other suggestions. I finally called another company. The owner himself came immediately, took one look at the furnace and said: a) the coils were filthy, b) the pump was not operating properly and c) there appeared to be a clog in the line running from the water heater to the furnace. He serviced all of these items and the furnace is now maintaining heat.

I only paid $50 because I belong to a company that insures my appliances. He was okay. The quality was good. I would use them again.

We hadn't talked in a while and they called to verify that we still wanted to use them. They called again to fit me into their schedule and they also called when they were on their way. They were prompt, professional and courteous. The price is right too.

My AC went out a few days ago, my husband and I thought maybe it froze over so we decided to give it time to thaw out. After a weekend of extreme heat (yesterday is was over 100) we figured out it was not frozen and that we needed to call someone. I called my home warranty company and was told it would be almost a week before anyone could come out and they were running 5 days behind and couldn't even set up an appointment for me yet. My neighbor told me about ABC Heating and Air Conditioning so I called. I spoke to Butch Willoughby, he was very professional and kind, they were close by and came over within the hour. My AC needed a new part, which he had in his van, it took about 20 min, start to finish! I am now relaxing in my cool living room, very happy with the service and professionalism I experienced today. I will use ABC Heating and Air Conditioning again and will tell my local friends about then.

They were excellent. Easy to schedule, prompt, and also very courteous. They were simple and painless.

He was very good and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He went on vacation right after my job and called me while he was on vacation just to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
