+ -1 moreThis remodeling job exceeded all expectations, Mr. House has very high standards and all of his "subs" have worked with him for several years. With all of the different trades working together, there was never any doubt who was in charge or what was expected. If something was not perfect, Mr. House would point it out and have it redone to his satisfaction. They were with us for about 3 weeks, they cleaned up their work areas every day (even vacuuming the floors), they were always on time and worked until the days work was done - no one "watched the clock". We were very impressed with the professionalism and talent of everyone that work in/on our house. We highly recommend AAA Professional Contracting for any home improvement job - you deal with one man, Mr. Greg House, and he takes care of everything, if there is a "new or surprise development" he will contact you, explain everything, and get your concurrence prior doing additional work. Outstanding quality and service!!!
Description of Work: We had 21 windows replaced with Simonton Reflections 5500 double hung windows, one external door was changed into a double hung window, one bay window was changed into 2 double hung windows; siding was replaced; 3 external doors were replaced and 1 internal door; side steps were added to our front porch; a brick side porch was removed (all debris was removed in a timely manner); our double stall shower was rebuilt and retiled (existing shower had unknowingly been leaking via the drain valve and rotted through the main floor beam - this turned into a big job - replacing the main floor beam); garage roof was replaced; house roof was repaired; and a thru-the-wall AC unit was installed. Several different trades were used, all coordinated by Mr. House: 2 replacement window workers, 1 trim man, 1 painter, 1 brick mason, 2 tile guys, 2 plumbers, 2 roofers, 1 electrician and 1 hot water boiler tech.
