I would use them again. In short we were out of town for a while they had complications on their end and left our yard unattended for 3 weeks. But they fixed it after the fact so it is all good.

They come every two weeks. I've been using them for twenty years plus. I give a flat fee for year round service for seeds, getting up leaves, for everything not just for cutting the lawn it's for everything for year round. They always cater to my needs. That's why I've been with them for twenty years. If I call them for something I don't like. They come right up here within an hour and fix it. They do good work. They do outstanding work. They are professional. They are personal. When you've used somebody for twenty years. That says something within itself.

If your lawn is in bad shape and you're looking for dramatic improvement for minimal money, I highly recommend KAB's broadleaf weed-killing application. For approx. $50, they will bring a truck around and spray your lawn one time, eliminating most every kind of weed. Although my yard still needs a lot of work, this application made a huge improvement.

I have used KAB to maintain the yard of my rental house for over two years. They provide excellent service, the yard always looks immaculate, and they even manage to keep the weeds under control. The employees are always courteous and professional. I
have been so pleased with the service I receive from KAB I call on them to take care of the yard at my home when I am going to be out of town or I have a ?special project? like hedge trimming or mulching. They have always been able to fit me into the schedule. This company is a great value for the money.

We called two weeks prior to our departure to get an estimate for the services; they promptly met us at our home, walked the grounds to make sure they could meet our expectations -- VERY PROFESSIONAL!! We were absolutely pleased with the work they did (and so were our neighbors). When we returned, the lawn and edgings were done as well as we do each week (and we're pretty particular) and their price was $45 per time. I recommend them without reservation and I will use them again when we are away!

The owner made an appointment to give us an estimate the day after we called! And he showed up! The next week his crew took care of our yard clean up in just a few short hours. We plan to have them back this fall! Great company!

We have had this service for two years, going into our third and progressively it has started going down hill. We were told what day our mow day is and sometimes they show up and others they skip an entire week and it isn't due to rain. Not a phone call or anything! Our neighborhood is pretty conscious about yard appearance and that is why we have a yard service. I am tired of wondering when they will come.

"I am very sorry for this. We got a little busy and I was trying to do too much myself. I made a scheduling error after a lot of rain and when we finally got to the job the grass was tall. The crew did a bad job cutting and cleaning up. The McPhersons are very nice people and I let them down. I hope they can forgive me. I am truly sorry I let you down. Business is back to being run the way it has been for 24 years. I am checking lawns behind my mow crews and keeping a close eye on scheduling. I removed the charges for the last few weekly services and have offered some free future service to try to earn their trust back. Please consider giving me another chance."

I pay $165 a month and they cut my yard and remove the weeds. They put seed down in the fall and get the leaves out. They take care of my yard all year around. I like them because they are punctual. If you have ever do have a question and call them they give you an answer. They are reliable. They do good work and the yard looks fine after they do it. I have been using them for years.

I had them make two flowerbeds larger, they are each at the base of a couple of trees we have out front. We live right on a riverbank so we also had him shore up the bulkhead out back. He is priced well and they do a good job. They also do our lawn and yard work just not this time.
