TJ and Ziggy of Tand L Services LLC arrived on time and opened the three exterior walls to determine the extent of damage. Two walls had to be completely demolished because the water had destroyed the wood. The five windows and internal siding were saved and the remaining wood removed. The two walls were rebuilt, windows re installed, internal siding replaced and proper, waterproof siding installed on the outside. When finished the sunroom looked better than when new. The whole job from estimate to completion only took 24 days. Once TJ and Ziggy arrived on site they worked every day until the job was complete. Even though they both smoked on site, I never found one butt on the ground. I am very happy with all aspects of this repair.

James provided estimates up front and price deviation at end of tasks was zero. Always prompt and courteous. Work quality was excellent. In the future some smaller jobs needed to be bundled for cost savings. Prices were slightly higher than average estimates however well worth not having any redo's or added costs at end of project (s).
