Everything went smoothly. Weather delayed the work the first week but after that everything fell into place quickly. Rob handled all the inspections and obtaining the permits. He is definitely an on the job Contractor. He was at my property each day making sure the work was going smoothly. I am very happy with my new screened in porch.

Called Rob that night and left a message.
The next day, Rob called us back while we were on our way to the family reunion. We had left a key outside for him so that he could come take care of it while we were gone.
He came that day and cleared the drain line and problem solved!!!
Rob is extremely trustworthy. We had no problem with him going into the house and then locking up afterwards.
Everything was in order, no mud prints on the carpet (lol) and bill was on the counter.
Can't be more pleased. Response time was great. I don't know how many days that pan could've held up but Rob was there that day so I never had to worry.
We use Rob to service our heater/AC every year. Never had one issue with him. He also replaced all our ductwork and did new ductwork for an addition we put on over 5 years ago. NO issues there as well.

Wonderful! Called in the morning, they came around lunch time and worked in my garage. I didn't need to be home and they didn't need to come inside. Called me after they identified the problem ($200 part) and I asked them to go ahead and fix it. I came home and my house was warm!!
I have had wonderful service from Rob every time that I have needed him and he has always been VERY fair on his price, and NEVER tried to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. He has even refused to charge me for visits where the fix was small.

Wonderful! Came out originally after I had received an estimate from another company (not happy with them or their estimate at all). The other company had attempted to fix my heating unit and it was working the first time he came. He gave me an estimate for fixing/replacing my ductwork. The price was the same as the other company, however for the same price he was going to run the new ductwork through the attic (so I wouldn't have this problem again in another flood) including cutting new holes and fixing the old holes! I thought this was a much better deal! He also said that the ductwork could be fixed and didn't really need to be replaced now. At the time I had 3 ducts laying on the ground because the strapping holding them to the floor joists had broken and 2 had actually come loose from the vents. (the previous company had lied to me and told me nothing was on the ground and that the problem was from kinks in the line.) 1 week later the heater went out again (guess the first guy didn't do such a good job fixing it) so I called him. He came out right away and said it could be one of a couple of things. Since we had just bought the house he showedd me how to clean a filter that is in the attic (I thought that was very nice) and tried the cheapest of the 2 fixes. It worked for a month and then it quit again. This time he came out on a Saturday, within a couple of hours of me calling and fixed it for good. No charge for this trip. All in all we only paid about $170 for 3 trips to our house, he is wonderful.
