They had to do some follow repair for me.  The first time they came out the owner got into an argument with me and my wife.  I had a painter that was out and he had to calm the owner down.  After they left we looked at the work and the major work that he did appears to be ok.  The finishing work he had to come back and take care of.  He agreed to come back and do the work, when he came back out to discuss what the rework was he was rude, he insulted me, he told me I was crazy.  He did note some of the areas that they needed to redo and completed the work.  He left his worker to finish the sanding and his worker did not finish the job and now I had to go back and finish the sanding.  He didn't smooth the drywall.  I had to do most of the clean up for them and the owner said that he would not come back out and was washing his hands of the job.  The house was not put back the way they found it.

Dave accompanied the painter I hired and inspected my ceilings within 48 hours of my call. He also provided me with a quote within 48 hours of his visit. The work involved scraping the popcorn texture from approximately 1000sf of ceilings (to include a couple high ceilings) and prep them for painting. He was able to work with my busy schedule and get the work completed in time for my painter to complete his part on time. Scraping popcorn textured ceilings and sanding them down is an extremely messy job. His crew took considerable care in protecting my furniture and TV/stereo equipment. He did a great job of cleaning up a majority of the mess...I believe it is impossible to prevent the settling of dust after completion of the project. I am confident I could have found a cheaper contractor; however, I felt I could trust Dave to provide me with excellent customer service and he has not disappointed. In fact, he has called me back to ask if he could come back and look at the ceilings again (after they were painted) to make sure he doesn't need to make any improvements. I will use Dave again for some more drywall work I have planned for my remodeling.
