It went very well. Mr. Fox did the work first thing in the AM, left an invoice for the work, and even a self addressed and stamped envelop for payment. I will use again.

Showed up on time as promised. Did a good job. Overall satisfied with their work. Would hire again.

My wife had called asking for service to be done on our lawn mower because it wouldn't start after sitting for the long winter and getting gunked from the nasty methane gas all pumps have now. Ronnie said he'd even try to get to our house very early around 7:30am so the mower would be useable for this weekend. He showed up a little earlier than I anticipated (he had suggested just putting the mower outside and he'd get it done, but I was nervous about leaving it out all night). He came by again mid-afternoon and went right to work on the mower and showed me my wheel actuator key on one side was missing so that's why it wouldn't self-propel on that side and showed how easy it would be to DIY if I just order the part, or even that he'd swing by to do it. He also suggested Sea Foam get put into the tank each time I fill my 3 gal. gas can at the gas station. I had dropped a little gas treatment in before winter, but it was just some generic stuff from the auto parts store. Class act. Knowledgeable and not here just to make a quick buck. I'm comfortable using Sharp-Blades again in the future. Thanks Ronnie!

It was excellent, they were professional, and came when they said they would. I had no problems starting snow blower.

This is the 2nd time that we've used Sharp Blades. Ronnie Fox is awesome! He is VERY responsive (you call him and leave your name and number and he will call you back when he gets back home for the day). We have always gotten a call back the same day. This time I called him on a Wednesday or Thursday and he was able to come to our house that Saturday. You leave the lawn mower or in our case a tractor out with the key in it. He arrived promptly at 7:15 am on Saturday. For our 15-year old John Deere, he takes just about an hour. He changes the oil, cleans everything, inflates the tires, checks other fluids and changes if necessary and sharpened the blades. In our case, we had a broken belt and I picked one up at the local John Deere dealer. He replaced it at no charge since we were getting a tuneup. We will be scheduling him for a mid-season tuneup as well, for about $50 he will do some preventive maintenance. We really love Sharp Blades and will continue to use them for our tractor maintenance and repair.

Ronald Fox at Sharp Blades is really good. He is really exceptionally good. He comes to your house and does work on our lawnmower - sometimes without even charging us. He is a really good person. I trust him and he is fair in the pricing. He calls me to remind me it is time to set the tools up for winter, which I really appreciate.

Ron arrived right on time, surveyed the tasks (tractor and lawnmower), got to work immediately and expeditiously. Not is a rush, just clicking through items efficiently and professionally. Clealry he has this down to an art. Positioned the tractor for service, warmed up the fluids. He had all the tools, equipment, fluids, etc right on his truck. He explained everything (taught me a lot as we moved along). Did not seem at all bothered by me observing and asking pertinent questions. I was able to ask a number of questions related to the tractor but more or less off topic for his job at hand and he freely shared his knowledge. He was very professional and double checked to ensure everything was correct and the job was cleaned up. Mower blades needed some real work, he kept at it until they were perfectly balanced. He sure knocked out a lot of work in the time spent. Well worth the price. Will definitely have him back. Very personable gent.

He comes right out to your place and does what needs to be done. He comes and doesn't bother you. He knows what he's supposed to do. He does the job, hands you the bill, and leaves. He comes when he is supposed to. I know he's cheaper than having the mower taken in to the dealer.

Ronnie is always on time, congenial, and fair. He will accommodate coordinating neighbors, if possible, to get all the area machines done on one day. He pullas up in his fully-outfitted truck, slides out the contraption in the back that has his compressor, grindstones, and other tools, runs your tractor up on his portable ramps and commences to work. He's usually done in about 30 minutes, takes away the used oil (instead of leaving it for you to dispose of it), and leaves a smooth-running, fast-cutting machine behind. He also does maintenance on tillers, push mowers, and pretty much anything that has a small engine on it.

He's kept our lawn mower going for over 10 years. We live in a rural area and he comes out to our home to fix the mower so that we don't have to take it anywhere. He has never charged us any travel fees, even though we live out in the country. On occassion, he's even done work on our mower without charging us! He'll tell you exactly what's wrong and he gets it fixed right away. There very little wait for additional parts. He's also a very nice guy and had been very kind to my husband, Ed, whenever he comes by to do work.
