I called several repair places to get an appointment to replace it. Most could not do the work until after Thanksgiving. Tri-City told me that they could possibly get to me the next day, but would be able to schedule me the following Tuesday, 5 days later instead of weeks. They called to let me know that they could not do it the next day and would see me on Tuesday. The technician came Tuesday morning and was able to put in the new part in less than an hour! Thank you so much Tri-City. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for another repair job.

The icemaker and water inlet valve on the refrigerator was replaced. This is the second time that Tr-iCity has made a repair at my house. He was very professional and on time. I received conflicting information from the receptionist, who stated that the service call would be deducted from the cost of the repair. The majority of the cost was for the parts, labor and service call was reasonable. It was not. I definitely will use him again though.

It saved us a lot of money so we didn't have to purchase a new refrigerator. We are happy with the service and the technician was very experienced and friendly.
