My first experience with this company went fairly well and was the main reason I used the company again. The service was nothing compared to how it went the first time. The first time, both father and son were really polite and seemed very professional. Excellent work and a decent price. I now appears that the son took over and I thought ok, service should be the same. I appeared that way until the day they arrived. Without informing anyone of their arrival, they began work. Driveway was blocked with equipment, causing both wife and I to be late to work. I later contacted the owner and their was no professionalism conveyed on his behalf. He later apologized to me, but failed to include offering the same apology to my wife. Other then the professionalism, the service went well other then the stump not being grinded, which was discussed during the estimate. I won't use these guys again, not worth the headache and it seems like professionalism is not an important aspect of how they run their business. I'll use Angie's list to find a more worthwhile company!
