ROBERT'S AWNING

Robert's came out the same day we called them. They listened to what we needed/wanted, took measurements, gave us a written estimate with a time frame for completion of 2-4 weeks. In 4 weeks we had an awning installed that perfectly matches our house trim and looks really nice. They did exactly what they said they would do. We didn't have to follow-up with them or keep calling. They were professional, personable and reliable.

Ryan came at my convenience to do an estimate. The day following the estimate, he delivered a spare awning so that I could evaluate the color and style. After installation, I was not completely satisfied. Ryan made some requested modifications, no questions asked - at his expense, even though it may have been a miscommunication on my part. I have not had this good a customer service all year, and the awning looks great! Based on my experience I would not consider another company for a like service.

Robert came out to do measurements for the awning. He was very nice, professional, and prompt. He offered to measure other windows and doors so that he can keep them on file if we would like to have awnings installed for those windows and doors in the future. They sent the proposal for the awning for the back door. He let me know that it might take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the awning to be installed. I was surprised when they called me today to let me know that they were on there way to install the awning. Two gentlemen came to install the awning they were very polite and professional. Told the two gentlemen to make sure that the gate is closed at all times because my dog could get out and they closed it every time they walked in and out of the gate even when they had there hands full. They did the work at a fair price and every time I talk to the receptionist she is always nice, happy, and is always a pleasure to talk to.
