Richard responded quickly and got the job done.  I had no problem with his work.  After he was done, we discussed having him replace several window screens and one pair of shutters.  He agreed to do it and to call him in a couple of weeks to set up a time.  When I called him back, Richard said that he could do it but he was currently on a job and would I call him back in a few days and we would set up a time.  You, see where this is going.  I called and left a message on the office answering machine.  No reply.  A few days later, again, I left a message.  No, reply.  Then I called his cell phone and left a message, stating that if he wasn't going to do the job, please let me know, so, that I could find someone else.  To this day, I have never received a reply.  I guess, he didn't want the job.
