 + -1 moreI ordered replacement cushions for my pine furniture in April 2007. I was told shipping was 8-10 weeks. They charged my credit card $994 the very next day. I called on July 9th to check shipping. They told me July 31st. I called August 1 to check shipping, they told me August 31st. Then they stopped returning calls. In mid September they said Sept 24th. Nothing received; then they said that it was a shipping delay, my cushions were ready but shipping backed up, but I would get a 10% credit for my inconvenience. Today is October 25th, no cushions, no credit, no call back. And the fax machine is disconnected.
Description of Work: They make cushions and covers for ThisEndsUp furniture.
