This is the one and only negative review I have ever left for anyone or any business but I feel the need to warn others of my nightmare experience.
I too was charged an extra $10 in "travel fees" that were not clearly disclosed. 
But even worse...
The technicians oversprayed the interior of my vehicle with cleaning chemicals, causing extensive damage to the electronics rendering my vehicle 100% inoperable. The technicians apologized to me profusely for causing the damage and I was promised any repairs would be taken care of and paid for by the owner (I even tipped them for their honesty!) only to have the owner accuse ME of trying to cheat HIM and refuse to pay for the damage. The technicians moved my car before cleaning it without any issue at all, and then could not move it back to it's original spot right after cleaning it, so how could I have caused it? Bottom line...you could drive it before the cleaning and not after. Also, I found cleaning liquid pooled in certain areas-they left it that way.
When the owner found out he was improperly insured so insurance would not cover the damage (no liability insurance for a car detailing company???) he refused to pay for the damage at all and I lost the use of my vehicle for six weeks and paid over $2,000 to have it fixed. When the electronics were taken out of the vehicle by the repairman that I had to pay, he even showed me where liquid corroded and damaged the electrical components. Quite simply, the owner did not want to pay for the costly damage his workers caused, going as far as stating that I was trying to steal from him. I was and still am appalled by how I was treated.  
It caused such a hardship for my family to be without a vehicle for so long and I found it to be incredibly upsetting to be called a thief. I just couldn't believe a business owner would behave this way. This was a HORRIBLE nightmare of an experience-the worst ever and all I wanted was a clean car! Unprofessional owner and a very, very costly "detailing" for me and my family! I would hate for this to happen to anyone else so beware!

This was through a living social deal, purchase price half of street worth.
Company was professional, punctual and courteous.  Price with deal was reasonable, but I felt the value was on target for the actual price paid.  Car was cleaned well overall, but not the level of detail that I have recieved at other shops.  There was tar/gum left on one outside quarter panel and other shops have done more to touch up paint chips and scratches where none of that was done here.  I purchased this for a high mileage car that I want to sell.  I think it was worth the money paid, however I would not pay the full price.  I would be more likely to go back to concours for the extra money.

I used HBG after buying a Living Social voucher. I never have had my car detailed before, after owning it for 11 years. The owner was very responsive on the phone. He said they would have to charge me $5 for gas for their travel from Petersburg to Richmond, even though the Living Social voucher said that the Richmond area was covered. My appointment was for 4pm, but they arrived at 3pm. Thankfully I was at home and available. The total service lasted 1 1/2 hours. They were very professional during the service and appeared to do a great job. HOWEVER, after they left and I checked out my car, I saw an asthma inhaler in my back seat. GROSS!!!! I was disgusted. A perfect service ruined.
