We contacted and left a message with Harrison Appliance about the water issue for our Whirlpool front load washer. Wayne contacted me promptly and even came out on a holiday to troubleshoot the issue. Wayne was very courteous and explained in detail what the potential fault could be based on his experience and expertise. He had to order a part and 2 days later he came out and repaired it. The problem was fixed right the first time and the washer has been running great ever since. My wife and I were very impressed with Wayne's professionalism and level of detail explaining his work. Him and his partner were very careful not to make any mess in our home when visiting and during the repair. Overall our experience with this comapny was outstanding. If we have any appllaince issues in the future these guys will be the first ones we call.

The Harrison repairman was prompt and tried to fix my washing machine. He took the washer apart and was able to diagnose the problem, but I decided to not have them repair the washer because I couldn't afford it at the time.

 My freezer was not draining causing ice to form in lower freezer compartment, then leaking slowly but steadily onto our floor. When I called the man who answered was sure he knew just what the cause was and told me it could be fixed probably within an hour, I was told I would be called right back and was  told service tech was on a job and I would be next. I was told the estimate was $65.00  then an hourly charge there after. I received a call I believe within an hour from the tech saying he was leaving the current job and headed to me. Tech arrived, was polite, got right to the problem fixed within the hour. $113.75. Not bad at all, I will call them again if I need service. The drain line in the bottom of the freezer was badly clogged, Tech had to remove drain line from behind the compressor and after some work unclogged in sink replaced drain works fine Thank you.
