Started in August of 1990 by Frank and Jacquelyn, Carter Framing and Art is the culmination of over twenty years of Creative Quality Frames and loyal satisfied customers. We specialize in custom framing that enhances and protects its contents, all performed on site by owner and Certified Framer Frank Carter. From art on paper, fabric, or canvas, to object framing, we can design and create an attractive frame that displays its contents in a way that suits its intended location and enhances its beauty while using the highest quality material and techniques to protect its value and appearance.
