Not sure what they ever accomplished. Recommendation to me was always to do something like add insulation or caulk/foam the foundation. They never mentioned really obvious signs of termites, and when questioned, the regional manager's response was that they were only looking for pests, not termites (see above), and that they offered a termite inspection in the flotsam and debris that accompanied the monthly bill.
