Chimney Repair, Chimney Cap Service
We were extremely happy with this company from their prompt estimate
through their completion of the work.
They were careful, professional, and thorough in everything they did,
explained each step to us so there were no surprises, and cleaned up carefully
after themselves leaving us with a newly relined chimney but practically no
mess. We were anticipating a
significant amount of disruption from this fairly major chimney repair, but
were pleasantly surprised with how quickly, relatively quietly, and cleanly
they accomplished it. In getting
several estimates for this work we learned (from their competitors) that this
company has the longest history and most experience in this business among the
CSIA.org certified contractors in our area. They even beat their competitors on cost, giving us the
lowest estimate we received and then coming in slightly below their own
estimate. We don?t have long
experience with this company yet, but based on our experience with this work we
believe they are extremely honest, professional, and knowledgeable about their
business. With the work they did
it?s unlikely we?ll ever need any other chimney work done besides regular
cleaning, but we plan to use Old Dominion Chimney Liners for any future chimney
work we do need.
