Our company has a method of cleaning things that are clearly stated to customers upon scheduling. You were not offered a refund to do multiple cancellations. Also, we track the amount of time our employees are in a home as well as taking pictures of areas cleaned only. We also have a record of payment which indicates the amount you are saying you paid is incorrect. Thank you, Cleanscapes."

"Dear Mrs. Nester, As part of the HR department I would like to start by saying that I apologize for the bad experience. With a deep clean the cabinets and backsplashes get wiped off . Trim boards are dusted and wiped in spot that look to have grime or residue. Our company does not do personal things such as trash, dishes, or laundry all of which is explained before service. Our quality leader also offered to address these concerns upon picture proof of claims of which was not provided as your claim states you cleaned it and the complaint was made almost 4 days after service. If it is more than two days the company can not guarantee the clean."
