don't trust that he will use quality material or the material that you paid for. argues if you question the poor material that he has choosen for you not what you spent the time to shop for or research . does not know any of the latest methods or materials.

He jack lagged everything. It is a mess. The doors are not on right, and neither are the baseboards. He tracked clay mud all through out my house on the grout tile. He put concrete over wood. The plumbing was not right, I had leaks with the garbage disposal. I had to replace the garbage disposal and the dishwasher, because the plumbing was not installed correctly.
