Yourman Friday Incorporated

We will not recommend him to anyone. He built a garage for us and contracted men nothing to him. Time wise, pricewise, quality workmanship was all awful. This all was done three years ago and was still repairing the damage.

I made several attempts to contact this vendor, but he never responded to his website inquiry form or retuned my email.
UPDATE: Vendor has made contact and will be supplying an estimate.
UPDATE: Vendor showed up at the agreed time and provided an estimate for the gutter cleaning and roof repair.  The price was very fair and we shook on the deal (He had forgotten his contracts - RED FLAG).  He said that he would get to my job next week.  Next week came and went with no contact so I emailed twice and called twice.  Both calls were answered and I inquired about when JJ would be able to get to my job.  The receptionist had no information so both times she stated that she would pass a message along and either she or JJ would call.  I waited another 2 days with no contact from JJ.  So, now I'm three weeks from the estimate and nearly five weeks since I first initiated contact and I'm looking for another vendor to clean my gutters.  Steer clear of JJ.

J. J. is personable and knowledgable. His outfit is licensed, bonded, and insured.  He and his workman discovered original construction shortcomings which would have prevented our problems to begin with.  These problems were corrected, the door and transom frames were caulked and painted and they even surveyed the rest of our board and batten cedar house for obvious water problems.  At no extra charge, they re-nailed, caulked and painted a gable end seam and painted bare caulking wherever they spotted it.  We have nervously watched a summer's worth of rain battering the exterior with no sign of further leaking in those locations addressed by Yourman Friday.  All good.  I look forward to calling upon J. J. Bevelacqua again for a long list of handyman jobs.
