Proscapes

I met with Alex in advance to discuss the removal of 13-15 small cedar trees (mostly 4-5' high) and one medium tree. He was very helpful in providing suggestions as well as an estimate. Proscapes removed the trees and left the yard in good condition, without branches, sawdust, large stumps, etc.
I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work, but perhaps a secretary is needed during the busy season. It took several days from when I sent my first e-mail to hear back and then to actually meet and discuss. The work was completed within the following week. I actually called a few months later and left a message to set up summer lawn care, but it took almost a week for a response. By that time, I was traveling and did return the call immediately. When I did return the call by leaving a message, there was no response from Proscapes. I decided not to call again and did not use this company for lawn care.

I hired Proscapes to mow and edge my lawn every two weeks and also to do leaf cleanup in the fall. They also gave us an estimate for lawn revitalization. This is a small operation and the owner came out personally to see our lawn and give us an estimate. His prices were not the cheapest, but they were not high by any means. He paid close attention to our needs and his work so far is high quality. I am going to see how well the summer goes and then decide if I will use Proscapes for more work. My only criticism is that it took him some time to get back to us initially, but considering how much attention he must give all his customers it is understandable.
