This was a townhouse in dire need of work. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dean could not have been more responsive to my questions, calls, etc. He was very flexible when I changed my mind about something and offered useful suggestions when I was in doubt about what to do. He was on-site when he said he would be there and always promptly returned my calls when I had questions. (Actually, it was seldom that he had to return a call, because most of the time, he answered when I called.) I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when it would be done. The workmanship was excellent and he could not have been easier to work with. If there was an A+ rating he would get it!
