Great value!
His firm was referred to me by my electrician vendor.  Lewis chatted on the phone with me during my first call.  
His team arrived a bit late, but they brought a team of three, no language issues, they moved quickly.  They took care not to harm the house and gutters with their ladders (unlike some other of my experiences).  They cleaned up after themselves -- no gutter trash on my deck or yard (nice!).
We paid by cash.  On the way out, they noted that they also paint (interior or exterior), powerwash, and stain/treat decks and fences.  Their card says the are licensed and insured.
Wish: The only downside (for me) is that they only use phone, not email, which can be limiting at times for working with a vendor.
I plan on using them again.  I plan on using them again for gutters this fall, and for deck/fence clean & treat this summer.
Suggestions: its good to think about seasonal timing.  Their business slows down over the winter, so they are easier to schedule, more appreciative, and perhaps more price sensitive.  Busiest times are spring and early fall.

Lewis is a very fair and honest gentleman. He told me how much things were going to be based upon the information I gave him on my house and he completed the work in a timely manner. He did a great job in powerwashing my house and the house looks great.

Called him up. He said he would come out and give an estimate. He walked around the price and estimated about $180. We agreed and set a time. He came exactly on time and after talking with us a little went right to work. Cleaned everything superbly. The retaining wall was stained with some red clay that he couldn't get off. He expressed his dissatisfaction with that and reduce the price to $145. We paid him in cash and then he left. He typically does interior/exterior painting. He is very honest, which we very much appreciated. We plan to use him on all our future jobs to see what he can do.
