I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I CALLED THEM UP, AND THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED MY MOTHER BOARD AND LEFT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM.

IT WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF THE RIGHT PERSON TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL. THE REPAIRMAN DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY OR CALL TO SAY HE WOULDN'T BE THERE. AFTER MUCH CALLING, WAITING AND HASSLING THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THE PART HADN'T COME.

I WAITED A LONG TIME TO GET THROUGH TO A REPRESENTATIVE ONLINE. THE COMPUTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME, BUT ONCE SOMEONE HELPED ME, IT WENT REALLY FAST.
