Description of Work: Showed a lot of interest in a garage addition to my home with an apartment above it; however, never followed through with a final proposal to do the work. Took them literally months on just the proposal bringing in subs, etc. to give their quotes, then finally said they could not do the work. I think it was really out of their league in the first place and they should have said so. Caused me delays.
