Hardwood Flooring Service
The floor needs to be redone. Dave sanded the floor with a drum sander. It now looks like the sander was hopping as he sanded. The floor is wavy. Also, he and his helper used wood chisels or scrapers all around the perimeter of the room and under the cabinet toe kick instead of a sander. The floor now has chisel gouges all around the perimeter. The finish looks as if they had a dirty brush or dirt in the finish. It dried with specks of dirt over the entire floor. Calls to Dave to come and look at the finished results have been fruitless. No response. Never hire this guy to refinish a floor!!!!!!!
