Called Mac first thing Monday morning. He promptly returned my call and came out that afternoon to inspect the fallen tree and provide a work estimate. Given the tree was in a bad spot around/on the kids' play set, Mac and his assistant immediately went to work - in the rain, clearing and returning safety to the kids' play area. Mac and his assistant left the log cuttings in fireplace lengths stacked neatly for easy access and use. Mac will be out before week's end (weather permitting) to clear the larger section of tree and limbs of other trees damaged by the original's fall. Chose Mac's Services due to his prompt reply (other companies on Angie's list were either slow or did not respond; their reviews coming soon), and willingness to start clearing the play area this evening.
