My wife and I couldn't be any happier with the work Fernando and his son did in our basement. You cannot tell that we ever had a flood there. His quality is superb. The drywall was repaired approx. 12 inches up from the floor and you can't tell even with the fresh paint. He cleaned up the baseboard and repainted it and reinstalled it. It looks like new. We decided to replace the bottom half of the insulation in the unfinished area. When he was done it looked better than when the house was first built. Fernando is very easy to work with. He gives you options on doing the work and always wants be on the same page as the customer. He takes his time and the result is top quality. If you want a top quality job, this is the contractor for you.
