James Grier

I contacted James Grier to replace a window and give me an estimate on some other jobs. He arrived when he said he would, gave me the estimates, and did the work exactly as we discussed. I recommend him and would use him in the future.

Jim was the consummate professional.  After my initial phone call to see if he was interested in the job, he made a timely onsite visit to provide me with an itemized estimate.  His estimate was very detailed and clear.  Our house is located on Pocomoke Sound and subject to a lot of wind.  Much of the siding Jim had to replace was on the second story cable facing the water (windward side).  I did not have an opportunity to view his work until recently, and I could not have been more pleased with the result.  I would recommend Jim Grier to anyone needing the services of a master carpenter!  Many thanks, Jim.

Jim arrived every day at 8am, worked steadily until 4-5pm, left a tidy work area every day, answered any and all of my questions, is a licensed Class B contractor in the Commonwealth, and provided a detailed contract with a SOW and price that was fair and reasonable.
