They were very fast very kind and Todd’s nephew was really nice and very helpful it was a great experience for my wife and I and they got things done and good prices too

Fantastic. Of all the bidders, Mr. Curtis gave us the sense that he had the best understanding of what the job would entail based on his understanding of the house. He and his son were there on the day promised; the two men who did most of the work were careful, friendly, tactful with dogs and children, adaptable to our needs, and pleasant to have around. When unforeseen needs came up, they were able to suggest solutions that didn't require waiting for Mr. Curtis' in person okay. We trusted them and they delivered, working late when necessary to finish the job a day early.

They came when they said they were going to come. They came in at 9 oclock in the morning and worked until 2. Took a break for lunch and came back and finished the job. He was local and in my county, and he came twice to check the system. I was going through an insurance company. I had been having trouble with the old system for a month. There were problems with my system, and I was with him when he looked at the system, and showed me what was wrong. I did not go with the insurance company because they wanted me to go with a company that I did not trust. I paid for it myself, because I wanted to use this company. I went with the unit he recommended.

They are totally responsive and honest. After you call, they are there within a day for service. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Sometimes they fix small things at no charge. They do good work. l like dealing with them and I am happy when they come.
