We bought a house that had not been lived in for 5 years. The entire kitchen and dining area had to be gutted and rebuilt.
This job went better than we could have hoped. Steve was very upfront with us at all times. He always disclosed unforeseen costs before proceeding. The house was a bit remote and we had expected many more delays and issues due to that but all of his workers seemed very well adjusted to the fact.
He put me in touch with some great resources, and he considered using some of the resources I had already located. We had a couple hitches in some of the supplies but Steve and his crews always seemed to know how to navigate it in as timely a fashion as possible.
All of the subs were neat, efficient and prompt. This job took 4 months and there were less than 5 re-schedules inspite of all the snow. They generally were very tidy as well.
We have a long way to go and I definitely call him for bidding on our next stages of this project. Highly recommend!
