New owner at the time. Some changes in amount and quality of flowers used.

This was my first experience with Accolades and I will be back! I called and asked for a fresh flower arrangement that would impress my wife for our anniversary. Wow- we were both impressed. The arrangement was beautiful and extremely large and plentiful. Flowers were very fresh. In fact, they looked even better 2 days later when they all fully opened. And now one week later- only 20% are gone and the rest still look great. And delivery was exactly as I asked for.

Making funeral arrangements for my husband was a very difficult process. I was referred to Accolades Florist when it was time to order flowers. The owner was helpful, courteous and supportive. She made suggestions based on my expressed wishes and helped me stay within my budget. On the evening before the viewing at the funeral home, I telephone a last minute request for a change in my order. That change was made and the arrangement was beautiful. All the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. Accolades Florist exceeded my expectations

The whole process was amazingly pleasant. Phone contact was warm, professional, and very helpful. Accolades representative even checked inventory to advise on the size and quality of available plants. The peace lily was delivered on time and was lovely, for a very reasonable price.
