Webber Structures (Jaime) installed 2 other neighbors' drives. After signing the contract, he became increasingly difficult to deal with. He constantly made promises, but failed to perform based on his promises, even though they were included in the contract. He and his team were late in preparing the area (they were still creating frames when the concrete arrived). Per his contract, he "provides" a 12 month warranty, but, to date, Jaime refuses to acknowledge the defective work and product (the concrete has cracked in 2 places after 4 and 6 months, respectively) and the aggregate is showing - alhough I have tried repeatedly, he has failed to honor his warranty and rectify the problem in a correct, professional manner. He has delayed performing the work for months, with one excuse after the other. I suspect he is "stone-walling" in order for the 12 month warranty to expire. The correct remediation is to remove the defective sidewalk, correct the problem and re-install (per an independent "experts" opinion).
