Service was great until closing, then things went off the rails. We were told they had everything they needed, then the day before closing a new person called--needed our insurance provider info again. Day of closing, in fact 30 minutes before closing we were informed that closing would be delayed until noon. They couldn't raise the insurance company to get our info. When asked, Lisa Lees said it wasn't her fault, and placed the blame on someone else in her office. We finally closed at 5:30 that day. Which meant both of us lost an entire day of work. We were promised compensation for our time, but that never materialized. I have contacted Lisa twice since closing and been given the brush off: "We gave you a good rate, and we'll give you a good rate on a savings account . . ." Wow, that's so generous . . . the same thing you give to everyone you give a loan to. If someone in authority would have just apologized I wouldn't be nearly so angry--customer service was great until the critical moment. We were told we wouldn't need to bring any money to closing, but that was also incorrect, we had to write a check for the closing.
