what it said on the paperwork. They however, went ahead and charged my credit card for the bill without any discussion. When I called to complain after I saw my credit card statement all I got were excuses and an offer of a 50$ discount on my next project with them!!! (do you think I would hire them again?)
"This job was booked, after we talked to the Lady at her only Cell Phone number advised to us. However, the Review in question was posted by a person with a different last name. Installation of Awning is a 2-Tech job and it was booked after advising the Lady customer that each Tech will work for 1+ hour (depending upon the model of the Awning). The customer was told at the time of booking the job, as well in the Job Confirmation Email sent, that the Actual Time worked by the Techs will be charged. When the job was getting finished, in the end, 15 minutes before finishing/finalizing the Invoice, the customer was asked to go through the Techs work, and to advise, in case, there is any concern. The customer signed on the Invoice that the work was done satisfactory. My Techs Final Invoice came to $678.00 on date of service 07/21/15. Since we collect payment at the end of the job, the Invoice amount was charged from the office at 7:22pm on 07/21/15. The customer wrote, on the Review, that she had gotten another estimate from some else for the Awning Installation for $600.00, of which we had no knowledge. Our Invoice was charged for $678.00, based on the actual time worked. I had sent completed job photos to the customer. Just because the customer did spend $78.00 more than the estimate received by her, I will say that the customer is “different” since the Review posted is OVERALL D and F. (I have termed her as “different” based on her Review posted. Instead, I could have used a term like Unjustified, or Inappropriate, or Mean, or Lie, or Irresponsible, or Baseless, or Groundless, or Immature, or Unreliable, or Untrustworthy, … … and I can go on.) The Yellow Copy of Invoice left over by the Techs after the job was completed, was for total of $678.00 only, but the Review was posted by the customer as if she spent $728.00 with us. In my opinion, the customer lied on the total amount, to justify some point. The customer when gets up in the morning, every day, should remember that on this Company Response, based on the customer action, was termed as “different”. This world is inhibited by a few such “different” persons. I would like to thank many other clients for using our services and rating us appropriately.
