LSA PAINTING PLUS

Being a fussy consumer, especially about painting, I eyeballed his work and found no drips, splatters, or mistakes anywhere.  He is professional from start to finish.    A fair price for an excellent result!

L.S.A did a great job! They were very punctual on the start time of the project. They finished the job on schedule. Workers were very courteous and professional. Ramon (owner) was great to work with. I plan on using them again on future jobs.

We needed to remodel our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in order to sell. Ramon Bonilla, owner of LSA Painting (they do a lot more than paint)transformed our condo from something rather run-down and dated into something modern and gleaming. Neighbors who have units on the market said they were glad it sold quickly, so people would stop comparing their units to ours. We bought most of the materials (cost above is labor). Ramon advised us on what to get. He also seems to have a keen eye for design and color. He certainly knew better than we did what would work and what would not. For example, the master bath has a shower stall. We weren't really happy with the pre-made ones available, so Ramon did a custom tile job for the shower pan out of mosaic tiles, and even somehow found space to build in a ledge for seating. The result was beautiful and one of my favorite things about the remodeled condo.
