The experience with Falcon was excellent. From the initial call and consultation to the removal and installation of the door. They actually measured twice and made the door once! Communication was great. The installers showed up on time and on schedule, were professional and went above and beyond to carefully remove the old door, prep the roughed door opening for the new door and cleaned up everything to make it look like they were never there once they were done. My wife loves how sturdy the door is and how bright/clear the glass is. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We hired Falcon to replace every window in the house. The experience was probably the best I have ever had with a contractor. Painless. Ridiculously painless. The installers showed up on time in the morning and worked a solid 9 hour day. I don't even think the guys stopped to eat lunch. They were machines.
