CARRMICHAEL CONSTRUCTION LLC

Right after we signed a contract with CarrMichael Construction the expected level of service disappeared. It became impossible to actually get a response from anyone and it had to be through email. Anything agreed upon over the phone was quickly forgotten and blamed on never even being discussed. If you work with them you better check on the work daily to make sure what you are being told is actually being done. They did not come close to providing the level of service you would expect with a "custom home builder".

They did a great job from start to finish. They covered all of our carpets from the front door to the job site, with heavy duty plastic. They were so neat and so clean we were able to sleep in the master bedroom every night in spite of the bathroom being torn up. They covered all the furniture every morning and removed the covers at night before they left so we could use our bedroom. They are the neatest contractors we have ever used!

The work was very professional and done on time, exactly when they said it would be done even though we made changes along the way. Their crews are all friendly and very professional. It was the easiest remodeling job I have ever seen!

We have a long list of things our house needs and we will use Carrmichael for every one of those projects!

They had to tear down an old deck, replace all footings and support beams that were too old or rotted. Replaced the railings and deck with composite after shoring up the supports in every area of the deck. This took a long time and I don't think they had counted on having to do it when they started but they made sure everything was safe and up to current building codes. The results were great, they consulted with us along the way and the deck is beautiful.

They are great and do a great job. They are responsive, friendly, and charge you what they tell you it will cost. They are good people to work with. They did the remodeling job for us in the past. We chose them because they are a lot cheaper than the competition, and they are creative with the design. Also they have come back to fix other little problems for us. They get the job done.

The experience was excellent. They had an outstanding crew. I trusted them completely to be in my home. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them.
