It is the process of hot asphalt material being installed with the use of a skilled crew, trucks and machinery, all working together precisely to produce pavement. Pavement is a very versatile product which can be installed over gravel, concrete, or the most popular, existing asphalt with a minimum amount of preparation. Owner was extremely helpful and was present at every aspect of the job. All employees were very knowledgeable in their work and very protective of our property. Job was done on time with upmost care in what they were doing. Having been previously employed in asphalt paving I was very aware of how well they were performing. After the paving was completed they carefully cleaned up and disposed of all debris. I could not be happier with their performance!

The crew did a very thorough and meticulous job, particularly in some of the more challenging parts of the projects (grading, joining to the existing garage). Project was well staffed and crew was very professional - would highly recommend them.

We received a number of estimates in order to gather information on the best way to repave our hilly driveway. Price was a consideration but more, the level of expertise and professionalism was most important. Eddie Small, the owner of this company, presented as extremely knowledgeable, exceedingly patient and very professional. He had a plan to handle our potential water issue that made the most sense to us and ultimately achieved the desired goal. He himself worked on the job, ensuring that it was done well, responding in the moment to any minor issue that arose. A very expensive and stressful experience was so much less so because of Eddie's investment in his work and his desire to satisfy his customers. Of all of the paving companies that gave us an estimate, we are so grateful we chose AASCO.

Eddie from AASCO is a true professional! He came out on a Saturday and gave me an estimate to resurface my very old driveway. The minute I talked to him I could tell he knew his business about asphalt and made some recommendations on what I needed based on him being in the business for over 35 years. I had others come out to give me an estimate but not at thorough as his and his cost was very reasonable. Eddie is the owner and makes a point to be on the job site. He showed up when he said he would on Monday and he and his helper left the job site the way they found it. The asphalt resurface looks amazing an all my neighbors commented on how good it looked. If you're looking for a professional who cares about his work, Eddie from AASCO is the man and the company you want for your next job!

Our pipestem (private drive) and the 4 driveways connecting to the pipestem were in bad shape. The cracking and edge crumbling was bad enough that it needed to be repaved and because we are selling our house, it needed to be done quickly. Eddie at AASCO was terrific to deal with. Even during the pandemic, they were working and he gave us a very reasonable rate. The work started on time, completed on time and looks GREAT! Because the pipestem has a maintenance account with the HOA, we needed 5 invoices and the HOA payment took longer. Eddie was very flexible and understood the delay in the HOA payment. It is wonderful to find contractors that are a pleasure to do business with and are understanding about payment delays. If you need paving work done, definitely call AASCO!

Work was done promptly and with good quality. Eddie was responsive and came out after hours to explain work and potential options. Our driveway wound up being a more significant job than expected due to old thst resulting in 12” thick layers of fused asphalt. AASCO handled the unexpected work well. This resulted in increased cost, but reasonably so. The end result was a new and larger driveway with new drainage. The work seems well done. Pricing was in line with other A rated providers. The ancillary work (like shrub removal) was included in quote which other providers wouldn’t do. The AASCO crew cut and bundled the yard waste for pickup. We think the project went well and are satisfied with the cost.

When they came out last summer to do the work, there was several trucks and at least a half dozen guys. When they dug up the concrete, some of them were just dump trucks. They would just fill up the trucks with the concrete and they took off and dump the truck and they came back with the asphalt. It was just a constant motion. It was just very, very well organized. They came back this July to do the sealant. I had to wait a year to have them seal the asphalt, and they came back in the end of July early . They sealed it, and there was about 3 guys doing it then - 3 guys and 2 trucks. One of the guys is the owner. The owner was always here.

We added a new garage to our house and needed a new paved area in front of our garage and at the same time wanted to repave part of our very large pipestem driveway. We spoke to 3 contractors and all of the estimates were close in price. We ended up going with AASCO as the owner Eddie spent the most time talking with us about all the options and different things to consider for this project. Part of the job included hauling in and compacting 30 tons of gravel to level off the new area in front of my garage. Eddie and his crew did a fantastic job with everything. They spent a lot of time compacting the gravel and pavement. I feel that they did not rush the work and spent the time necessary to do a quality job that should hold up over time. All in all we were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend AASCO to other.

Excellent, very professional job. Eddie provided thorough, fair estimate and honored it even though work involved turned out to be much more complicated and time consuming than originally thought. He and crew were punctual, kept job site clean and finished on time as projected. I highly recommend AASCO.

Eddie was quick to respond and schedule the work. His estimate was not the highest or lowest I received but based on his reviews and his detailed description on how to fix the issues I had he seemed the best choice. They completed the work yesterday it looks great. All side edges are very clean and straight and the transitions to adjacent walkways and concrete driveway transitions are very clean and straight better than the original. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Eddie actually was there working with the team so you dealt with the same person from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them.

The last time the driveway was sealed, I noticed cracks in the asphalt. This time I wanted to have the cracks filled before the sealant was applied. The price AASCO provided looked high but thought that may be the cost to get a good job done.
They came, began filling cracks and applying the seal coat. They did not fill all the cracks first and continued working on the cracks after the seal coat was applied. The places where the crack filler is on top of the seal coat are darker and did not blend with seal coat. The driveway has dark strips and looks bad.
I called and left a message about the results with AASCO but did not get a response.
