We offer 6 rooms of carpet cleaning for $125 with Free, Hallways, Stain Protection, Deodorizer and Pet Odor Eliminator, Flea-Tick-Dustmite-Removal, Stain-Spot and Heavy Soil Treatment all included at No additional cost. We service the entire metro DC area, Northern VA & Maryland. We also install carpet, hardwood and tile + sand and refinish hardwood flooring.

To say this provider was unprofessional and poorly qualified to perform the service he was hired to perform would be a gross understatement. He caused damage to the property that will cost many times more than the actual service cost. The website of the provider indicates all manner of satisfaction guarantees and certifications, yet the provider does not stand by his service or perform it adequately. Provider was hired to clean the carpet in the house I was renting. One or two days after cleaning the carpet, the landlord made me aware of a smell that had developed due to the carpet cleaning. I called and texted the provider about this service and the provider refused to return to inspect the carpet. I asked for his license certification and insurance information and was told that information is private business information and asking for it again would be considered harassment. I called Servpro and hired them to inspect the house to determine what is the smell is and how to resolve it. Servpro told me that the carpet has been damaged by the carpet cleaning and that the provider is definitely at fault. I do not know how to move forward with getting the provider to fix the problem they caused. I have documentation of my communication with the provider as it mostly occurred by text message and email. He is dismissive and even threatens legal action for simply asking to see documentation of his licenses, insurance and business license.

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. We have pets and one of our rooms was heavily soiled! After the cleaning, the carpets were clean and smelled great.

Excellent company. Very friendly and helpful owner, who actually came to do the job, with an assistant. They were prompt, efficient and did a fantastic job. managing to get the carpets looking nearly new - so I guess their company name has been aptly chosen.

They gladly moved small furniture. They were thorough and took both their time and care in cleaning our home. They were even able to get up stains that our previous cleaner could not. They were both polite and courteous. They even put down a deodorizer, and the house smelled great when they left. Would most definitely use their service again!

Great job on all the areas that were done! When I first walked in to my new home it wreaked of dogs! No more dog odor AND my carpets look and feel great! Awesome job and even better for the price!! We've already got them booked for another job in a couple weeks!

I needed my house carpet cleaned as it hadn't been in the last couple of years. The price seemed alright so I thought I would give it a shot. I was told that the equipment used was standard commercial equipment. Well, that is only a partial truth. Although the buffer used is commercial grade, it doesn't work well because it is too large to get into corners and on stairs. It's a huge round buffer. There are so many corners, especially on stairs, that it just doesn't work. The proper procedure is to use a water injector and extractor after the buffer. However, he just used a wet vac to "pull" the water up but didn't inject water into the floor. It s like getting in the shower, soaping up (the buffer) and then toweling off (the wet vac). However, by not applying any water to rinse, the dirt just smears around. Several spots I had to get a wet washcloth and could just wipe up off the carpet because almost nothing was extracted. If you inquire about the process or equipment the owner gets extremely defensive which should have been my red flag. Extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for an odor neutralizer that didn't help in the least bit and ended up having to hire an actual steam cleaning company.

"I do apologize, but my company has your Carpet Cleaning Scheduled July. 3, of 2014. August first is incorrect. Secondly, my company had your Carpet Cleaning Scheduled for 6 areas for $125.00. The $300 price that is claimed is completely false. We do not have any additional information on your particular cleaning. Thirdly, JUST LIKE NEW CARPET CLEANING does not charge for any spray downs which include (PET DEODORIZER, STAIN PROTECTION OR ANY STAIN SPOT HIGH TRAFFIC TREATMENTS). So anyone claiming to have paid additionally for any spray downs is completely being untruthful about our service. We are not sure at this time whether your home had been serviced or if it was a cancellation, but if we had serviced your home, it was for the $125 that we have documented in our system on the 3rd of July. If you had any permanent damages on your carpet, it was definitely explained prior to our cleaning, as well as any heavy pet accident or urinated areas, that have might of been saturated beyond your carpet's backing, directly into the carpet's padding. We have a 94% satisfactory ratio. If a client is part of the 6% of unsatisfied client's, we usually go out our way to assure that client is taken care of as best as possible. We were never notified of any unsatisfactory carpet cleaning from you or anyone in your household. We were only notified 2 months later of a falsified claim that was made by Thomas Hancock, 1 month and 27 days after the date of said Scheduled Carpet Cleaning. If we had cleaned your home on the 3rd of July and you were unsatisfied with the cleaning, we would have not charged you for the cleaning and would have worked out a with you to smooth over any problem or situation that you might have had with our Company. Best of luck to you. If you were not a cancellation and were serviced by us and dissatisfied, our sincerest apologizes (Rigo - Owner of Just Like New Carpet Cleaning)!"
